Ciao, I am Senior Consultant Carmen Pianelli, pleased to meet you!
I am a psychologist and here at MPS Italia everybody is under my careful lens!! Joking apart, I love what I have been studying and the work that I am doing because I have the opportunity to meet different people for various different reasons. Everybody at MPS Italia are generalists in the Headhunting business and we have the possibility to share assignments and experience in a very versatile world.
I have been working in the recruitment business since 1997: I started within a company belonging to the FIAT group named Pharos. I was born near Turin and for us it is a must to work in that group – ask our “old “ consultant Luca Temellini… My more important tasks were related to recruitment and selection, assessment, performance and potential evaluation.
In 2001 I was appointed the Selection Manager within WorkNet, a temporary staffing company, that later merged with GI Group. Since 2003 I have been working as a Senior Consultant dealing with middle management projects.
When MPS Italia was established almost two years ago I was asked to join as a Senior Consultant. The MPS Italia “family “ is fantastic: no one is alike and maybe for this we are a really integrated and friendly team.
