Everyone is treated as equals
Hi! My name is Johanna Timgren and I started my career at MPS more than ten years ago, in the spring of 1997. My career at MPS has been versatile: it has included everything from switch operator to financial administration tasks. At the moment I work together with consultants from four different service entities. At the moment I contribute to the work of the consultants in the area of Leadership and Management Team Development, as well as in the areas of Coaching and Recruitment.
Here at MPS assistants and consultants are treated as equals when it comes to work. The goal of the assistant's work is to support the consultant in a way that enables the consultant to focus on the essential – work with the clients. My tasks are diversified, such as co-ordinating projects, preparing materials, translations, keeping in touch with the clients and to interest group representatives and organising customer events and trainings. My work is truly versatile, and every day is different!
Key team player
In our team I also make sure that everyone, the consultants, clients and applicants are at the right place at the right time. In our team of assistants, a very good atmosphere prevails, and the workload is shared when necessary. Our common slogan is: Nobody is left alone!
I have really enjoyed working at MPS! Our organisation consists of wonderful people, a strong feeling of togetherness, and the will to genuinely pull together. We do many concrete things at MPS to ensure and improve well-being at work. MPS offers many possibilities to develop one’s competence through both internal and external training.
