Senior Consultant MPS Finland

More than 25 years of experience

Hi, I am Senior Consultant Marjatta Räty, pleased to meet you! I started at MPS in the beginning of 2004. I have a Master’s Degree in Social Sciences and I am a licensed Psychologist. Already prior to joining MPS I had acquired more than 25 years of professional experience as a Psychologist in both the business world as well as in the clinical sector.

My own field of specialty lies in personnel and psychological assessment methods. I train new consultants and develop the assessment process and methods together with my colleagues.  In addition to personnel assessments, I have taken part in service processes related to recruitment, organisational and personnel development, change management and career coaching.

Strong client relationships are at the core of our business

I have really enjoyed working at MPS! We have a wonderful staff: people of different ages and with different backgrounds and competencies. The people are great, we support each other and we also know how to have fun together! According to MPS values, team work is always strongly prevalent. You can always share your thoughts with a colleague and count on support and help.

MPS is a well-known and respected recruitment company. We have very strong and long-term client relationships which are based on confidentiality. The work as a consultant at MPS is very versatile, since our service portfolio is broad and our client organisations come from various different fields.

At MPS, the junior consultants are guided by the senior ones, bringing along a lot of fresh winds and new ideas. We continuously develop our services and ways of operating, naturally providing a lot of possibilities to learn new things and develop one’s own competencies.
